How the Model Works

Property owners sign a one-year management agreement with Karayadaar.

 

Under this agreement, Karayadaar becomes the authorized rental manager for the property.


We take responsibility for:

• Rent collection
• Tenant behavior
• Property protection
• Issue resolution


The owner remains the legal owner of the property. Karayadaar manages it as a professional agent.

Revenue Structure

Karayadaar earns a nominal percentage of the monthly rent generated by the property.


This ensures:
• We only earn when the owner earns
• Our focus remains on stable occupancy
• Our incentives are aligned with rental performance


There are no hidden commissions, dealer cuts, or unclear deductions.
